Completion: Completed June 2024 (in 5 weeks!)

64 Hercules Street, Dulwich Hill

Description: Construction of a Two Storey Granny Flat Dwelling including Double Garage (Stage 1)

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by the client for the construction delivery right through to OC. 

Completion: Expected Completion December 2024


27-31 The Crescent, Berala

Description: Remedial Construction works to 4 x Unit Balconies, including Balcony Balustrades, Waterproofing, & Tiling Works

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by the Strata Committee and their Façade Engineer for the construction delivery right through to Completion. 

Completion: Completed March 2024

Description: Construction of a Two Storey Brick Veneer & Lightweight Cladded Dwelling, with Separate Garage & Studio

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged by the client for the construction delivery right through to OC.

Description: Alterations, Extension, and First Floor addition to existing dwelling

Description: Construction of a Two Storey Full Brick House with an in-ground Swimming Pool and Single level basement.

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged for the construction delivery right through to OC. In addition, SageBuild have assisted with the Design / CC Coordination to achieve CC.

Description: Construction of a Two Storey Full Brick House with an in-ground Swimming Pool and Single level basement.

Our Involvement: SageBuild were engaged for the construction delivery right through to OC. In addition, SageBuild have assisted with the Design / CC Coordination to achieve CC.

Description: Property Development & Construction of a Brick Veneer Dual Occupancy with Torrens Title Subdivision

Our Involvement: SageBuild successfully completed the property development from land purchase, DA, right through to construction, OC, and subdivision.
