Looking for assistance with the design and development process? SageBuild can offer it's design management services to be engaged to take a development from DA to CC, including coordination of the various design disciplines. Acting as your representative, SageBuild will ensure that the Architectural, Structural, and Services designs are developed with consideration to the coordination of each discipline.

 

Furthermore, SageBuild will work with various other consultants that may be required (such as BCA and Fire Engineering consultants) to ensure compliance to all BCA requirements. SageBuild will also ensure that all requirements of the DA consent are complied with in the finalised designs, thus assisting to achieve the Construction Certificate (CC).

In addition to this, SageBuild can also provide a Development Management service, to assist with the development of the project from conception (or from DA) right up to completion and Occupancy Certification (OC).
